Sia hits the iHeartRadio stage with sidekick Maddie Ziegler

Aussie pop star and songwriter extraordinaire Sia performed a mini-set at the 2016 iHeartRadio Music Festival with Dance Moms reality TV star and dancer Maddie Ziegler.

The singer, who was introduced by Hailee Steinfeld and Big Boy, kicked off her set with her hit ‘Cheap Thrills’, adorned in her signature wig.

Much like her previous festival sets, Sia brought live reenactments of her popular music videos like ‘Elastic Heart’ as well as her newest tune, ‘The Greatest'.

Earlier in the night, Miley Cyrus joined '80s rock legend Billy Idol onstage to belt out the title track from the rocker's 1983 hit album Rebel Yell.

The singer emerged onstage towards the tail end of Billly's mini-set - which kicked off with back-to-back mega-hits 'Dancing With Myself' and 'White Wedding'.

Miley could hardly contain her excitement, enthusiastically jumping around and hollering, "with Billy f---ing Idol".

The iHeartRadio Music Festival kicks off night two on Saturday (12:30pm on Sunday in Australian time) with Britney Spears, Sting and Ariana Grande.
