Shoppers request one change to this very racy bikini

These days there’s an array of bikini styles to shop for your next beach session, and while the ‘dare to bare’ trend seems to be in right now, not everyone is a fan of the ‘less is more’ mantra.

One of swimwear brand Oh Polly’s latest designs has divided shoppers on Instagram, with some asking for the high-cut look to feature a bit more material.

The said bikini is its ‘Chain Bikini’, which features gold chained straps, cups held together with a pin, and thong-style bottoms.

“Please make this in a none thong version also,” one person wrote on Instagram.

“I AGREE,” added another passionate shopper.

The brand took the feedback on board, responding, “Hey! I will definitely pass your idea on to the design team”.

Underneath another image of the bikini, someone else commented on the bikini top, saying the delicate pin in the middle is “an accident waiting to happen”.

Despite those concerns, the style comes in both black and white, and has still proved to be popular amongst other daring beachgoers.
