Seventeen people were involved in a triple-vehicle crash involving a minibus and two cars, including one towing a boat.
Emergency services rushed to the scene on Mundoolun Connection Rd in Tamborine, northwest of Gold Coast about 10am on Tuesday morning.
It is understood the collision involved a red Ford Falcon, a ute towing a boat and minibus carrying 14 passengers.
Photographs from the scene show the three vehicles stopped a fair distance away from one another, with the ute mounting a hill on the roadside and the boat jutting into the road.
The red Ford appears to have spun during the collision, its engine pointing down towards the road from where it is parked on the roadside.
Police shut down one lane of traffic as paramedics worked to check on each of the 17 passengers.
There were no entrapments or serious injuries reported.
Multiple emergency vehicles were called to the scene, including police, ambulance and fire crews.
