She’s the 23-time tennis Grand Slam champion who’s best mates with Meghan Markle, and now Serena Williams has proved she wears many hats, by designing a $120 dress for every body type.

The 37-year-old, who welcomed her daughter, Alexis Olympia Ohanian Jr., in August 2017, with her husband, Alexis Ohanian, has added a dress ‘for everybody and every body’ to her fashion line.

Launched last year, Serena’s eponymous line features everything from tulle skirts to jeans and sequin T-shirts, but it’s the Twist Front Dress that has everyone talking.

Serena took to her Instagram account to wax lyrical about the dress, with the star and six other women wearing the slinky number.

“No one in the world looks exactly the same, like we all are different people, we have different personalities, we have different traits,” Serena says in the video.

“We all look different and we’ve got to bring our personalities out.”

A woman called Diondria, who can be seen wearing the dress in the clip, reviews the outfit, saying she feels ‘curvy’ and that it gives her ‘cleavage’.

Another woman says the dress makes her feel ‘spicy like a jalapeño’, while the last woman to speak in the video commends Serena for ‘taking something and making it work for different sizes and making everyone feel like they’re embraced’.

The dress is available in red and black, but if you’re after the red number, you better get in quick as it’s nearly sold out on the Serena Williams website.

Last year, Serena made her mark on the fashion industry by releasing her own line of affordable clothing, which all fell within the $35 - $250 price bracket.

"My inspiration was strength-bringing femininity and strength to the modern woman,” the star told Harper’s Bazaar at the time.

“My goal is for women to feel confident and sexy when they’re wearing it. It’s practical and wearable, yet it makes you feel good and walk taller-everyone should have that feeling,"

We can’t wait to see the Duchess of Sussex, Meghan Markle, rocking this twist front number in the future.
