Every now and then, it’s important for you to shut out the world and focus on what’s right for you. This could be eliminating distractions in order to reach a deadline or an important work project. Maybe you need time alone to figure out what real work life balance means to you. It’s also possible you’re figuring out your desires within a key relationship. Whatever it is, don’t feel guilty if you need to be by yourself more than usual now.
