Of all the signs, you are best suited to getting into some fabulous daily routines which are going to turn you into the healthiest person you know. Think about what you do with yourself everyday. One thing I absolutely love to do is sit on the bed in the morning when I wake up and just take a moment to be grateful; that you are here, that you’ve made it through another night, that you’ve got a whole new day in front of you, that you have your family, and so on. Then think about an evening routine you can do that will give you sweet dreams.
