Ryan Reynolds Clocks Up '3:AM' Gym Visit Ahead of “Deadpool 3 ”Filming
The actor is currently shooting the third installment in the 'Deadpool' franchise alongside Hugh Jackman
Ryan Reynolds is keeping up his strength for Deadpool 3.
In the early hours of Wednesday morning, the actor, 47, who is set to reprise his role as Wade Wilson, shared a mirror selfie at the gym surrounded by large weights.
The Welcome to Wrexham star placed a rotating “3:AM” sticker in the corner of the Instagram Story, along with a GIF of his character hanging upside down and displaying a love heart shape with his hands.
In the snap, Reynolds posed in a white vest top, black joggers and a baseball cap as he kept one hand in his pocket while using the other to hold onto his phone.

Reynold’s early morning workout comes after he was pictured filming scenes for the movie with his costar Hugh Jackman on Monday,
The pair were spotted shooting in the South of England, with Reynolds dressed up as Deadpool in his signature red bodysuit and Jackman, 55, sporting Wolverine's yellow and blue bodysuit.
In one photo, the duo were seen walking alongside one another, while in another Deadpool had jumped onto Wolverine’s back.

And Reynolds isn't the only Deadpool star who has been hitting the weights. On Sunday, Jackman shared a video of himself lifting dumbbells during a session at the gym.
“No days off - except for tomorrow. 💪🏻 #becomingwolverineagain," the Greatest Showman star captioned the clip. He soundtracked the video with a popular workout song — The Glitter Band's “Rock and Roll”.
Deadpool 3 is set to be released in theaters on July 26, 2024 after Jackman and Reynolds first hinted at Wolverine's role in the latest sequel in September 2022 on Instagram.
"I'll probably have more fun on this movie than any other I've ever done,” Jackman told PEOPLE in October 2022. "I think being on set with [Ryan] every day and those two on film in every city together everyday … I think it's fair to say they'll be punching the s--- out of each other the whole time.”
