To say Wimbledon has been a hotspot of royal activity this week is an understatement to say the least.

From Kate making her annual appearance to Meghan’s scene-stealing show while watching Serena Williams compete, royal watchers have definitely gotten their fix.

Now, two more royals have swung by the tennis championships, and were caught hilariously giggling in the stands.

Sophie, Countess of Wessex, was joined by Prince Albert of Monaco front and centre in the royal box where the unlikely duo watched Roger Federer play Novak Djokovic.

Dressed in a patterned blue cloqué dress, Sophie, who’s married to the Queen’s youngest son Prince Edward, appeared happy to chat to Albert.

At one point Albert, who’s the reigning monarch of the tiny European principality, attempted to keep his lips hydrated by applying chapstick.

However, while the giggly pair were certainly noteworthy, they weren’t the only VIPs spotted enjoying a match of tennis in the London sunshine.

Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall, was snapped wearing the same white dress she did to Prince Louis’ christening, before happily striking up a conversation with Aussie actress Jacki Weaver.

Carole Middleton also made an appearance in the royal box at the men’s quarter finals, while Zara and Mike Tindall took their places among the masses at centre court.
