Royal fans convinced Archie was born two weeks ago

Where there’s a famous birth, there’s nearly always a conspiracy theory.

Who could forget when Beyonce was pregnant with her first child, Blue Ivy, and Twitter lit up with people adamant the star had a fake baby bump?

And now some royal conspiracy theorists are convinced baby Archie Mountbatten-Windsor was born two weeks ago because of something his dad, Prince Harry, said during the official photocall last night.

“Everyone says that babies change so much over two weeks,” a beaming Harry said while chatting to photographers in Windsor Castle.

“'We're basically monitoring how the changing process happens over this next month really. But his looks are changing every single day, so who knows.”

It seems like Prince Harry was merely repeating what somebody else had told him about babies changing over the course of the first two weeks, however royal fans thought he slipped up and revealed something he shouldn’t have.

“Did I hear right when Harry said how much Archie's changed in two WEEKS?,” one person Tweeted.

“So Meghan and Harry has their baby two weeks ago. Little Archie is a cutie. Good on them for staying mum on little man’s birth,” another person said.

Baby Archie was in fact born on Monday, May 6th, in the early hours of the morning, with the announcement being made on the Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s official Instagram account later that day.

“The Duchess and baby are both healthy and well, and the couple thank members of the public for their shared excitement and support during this very special time in their lives,” the statement read.

Then, yesterday the beaming parents appeared in Windsor Castle with their adorable tot, with Meghan saying Archie has the ‘sweetest temperament’.

Harry replied: "I don't know who he gets that from."

"It's only been two and a half days, three days, but we're just so thrilled to have our own little bundle of joy,” the Prince continued.
