This rosé spin on a daiquiri is so easy you can make it in the office


We all know the feeling when the working week has dragged out for far too long.

You’re checking the clock on your desktop computer every 20 minutes. You’re opening the same three apps on your phone every 10 minutes. Time is standing still.

The good news is the end is in sight and if your workplace does Friday drinks in the office, this cocktail recipe instantly takes an end-of-week vino to a glamorous new level.

Introducing the Daiquirosé.

Or Rosaquiri, if you so desire. Atlantico Rum ambassador Jeremy Hawn has switched up the classic Daiquiri with one simple addition and chances are you’ve already guessed it. Rosé!

The best thing about this fresh take on a classic is how easy it is to make:

You’ll need:
2 shots dry rosé (Kim Crawford Rosé)
1 shot of rum
The juice from 4 fresh limes
5 shots of sugar syrup

Directions:

Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into coupe glass. Garnish with lime wedge or wheel and serve immediately.
