Rixo and JoosTricot Team Up on Vintage-inspired Collection
London meets L.A. in a playful new, vintage-inspired collection codesigned by Rixo and JoosTricot.
The range celebrates both brands’ distinct DNA, with novelty prints and ultra-fun takes on classic knitwear across 13 pieces, priced $196 to $590 with styles available to purchase on both brands’ e-commerce sites.

“Orlagh and I have long had a style crush on Natalie [Joos, founder of JoosTricot] and her vintage street style looks. It all started with a DM…” Rixo cofounders Henrietta Rix (chief executive officer) and Orlagh McCloskey (creative director) told WWD of noticing how the street style star would wear their clothes in a unique way, and striking up a friendship online. “It’s a dream to now be merging the best of Rixo prints and Natalie’s knits together with this collaboration.”
The collection nods to the holiday spirit with its adorable fuzzy, sparkly baby pink Tinsel cardigan, which the duo said they can’t wait to wear on Christmas. There are also plenty of eclectic mix-and-match styles, both knitwear and woven styles encouraging print wearing from head to toe.
That could be the sharp-collared Lantana silky blouse in McCloskey’s hand-painted ‘60s floral print worn with slim Fancy Pants knitted trousers with flared legs in Rixo’s signature wave motif. Statement prints also adorn skirts and dresses at midi and mini lengths as well as great-looking cotton-blend jacquard knit polo minidresses.
“If there’s one thing the Rixo girl has in common with the JoosTricot girl, it’s a deep love of vintage,” Joos added, noting that she initially connected with the Rixo cofounders in 2015 before founding her knitwear brand, when she was working as a blogger. “Now that I have my own little brand of vintage-inspired knits, the relationship has come full circle.”
