Yahoo Lifestyle Rita Ora's underwear-flashing string dress barely counts as clothing
Put on any one of Rita Ora's pop bangers and try not to dance. We're not talking mere toe-tapping, here. From ‘I Will Never Let You Down’ to ‘Anywhere,’ her music is a regular fixture on our party playlists.
As for what we're wearing to said party – Rita's on hand to provide plenty of outfit inspo, too. In fact, the artist's latest look is exactly what we want to be wearing this weekend. It's no exaggeration to say her dress was *made* for shimmying, which is exactly what she's doing in the fun 'fit as captured as part of a photoshoot for Hunger Magazine's latest issue.
The dress in question is a Blumarine design and features a high neck and gathered waist connected by hundreds of individual strands of pink string. Similarly, the skirt is constructed from mid-length green string tassels.
Given the abundance of naked dresses we've seen from the A-list of late, it's perhaps the most fun take on the aesthetic. And naked it certainly is as the strings have split to clearly reveal Rita's underwear underneath – a pink lacy bra and knickers lingerie set by Des_Phemmes. Metallic green sandals with wrap-around ankle ties and corsage detailing at the toe, also by Blumarine, complete the ensemble.
The publication has revealed Rita stars on the cover of its latest issue, themed Fight Back. In contrast to the fun, flirty feel of her string naked dress, the cover image sees Rita wearing three (!!) pairs of jeans paired with a ruffled denim top and sheer overshirt knotted at the chest.
