'RHOSLC' Star Jen Shah's Prison Sentence Reduced Again

Jen Shah may be out of prison sooner than expected. The polarizing The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City figure has a new release date from prison after another sentencing reduction, per Deadline.

As the outlet gathered from the database of the Federal Bureau of Prisons inmates, the reality star's new release date is Nov. 3, 2026. Currently serving time at Bryan Federal Prison Camp in Texas, Shah has had her sentence shortened three times now since she plead guilty in 2023.

As fans may remember, Shah pled guilty to a telemarketing fraud scheme and was originally sentenced to 6.5 years in prison. In her last statement to social media before she began her sentencing, Shah shared to her followers, "I am surrendering to serve a sentence in a federal prison today. It is the price I must pay for the bad decisions I made. People got hurt because of my decisions.

"While incarcerated, I will work to make amends and reconcile with the victims of my crime," she concluded.

Shah did not appear for the Season 3 reunion of RHOSLC, and the show has moved on without her (though her shadow remains a constant presence). The news of the sentencing of course, leads many to wonder whether or not Bravo would consider working with Shah again. Time will tell.

With Season 5 of RHOSLC currently wrapping up, Season 6 should begin filming before Shah's exit. However, if she is released in November, she could theoretically rejoin the show for Season 7.
