Jessel Taank and her husband Pavit Randhawa are continuing to discuss the idea of having a third baby.

On the Tuesday, Nov. 19 episode of The Real Housewives of New York City, Jessel and Pavit, who share twin sons Kai and Rio, 3, sought professional help after a months-long argument about the addition of a third baby. While the two had previously met with therapist Joel individually, in the latest episode of the Bravo series, the couple comes together for a combined session.

Jessel is the first to bring up the topic, sharing, "There's the subject of obviously a third baby, which I don't accept no for an answer. And he doesn't give me any reasoning as to why" he does not want another kid.

Pavit, who was snacking on chips and salsa during the call then chimes in. "Well, Joel look. We have two kids right now. You know, that's four airplane seats. If you go to a hotel room, that's one room," he explains. "When you got five, that's a magic number. That's two hotel rooms, double the price."

"He's very logical," Jessel points out, admitting, "And I have an emotional attachment to this idea. When we're mapping out sort of our future, for me, growth as a family would be including one more and that's it."

Adds Joel, "Pavit, when we met individually I remember you were saying 99 percent of you is no, and there's a one percent..."

Jessel's face lights up. "Oh, you didn't tell me that!" she exclaims.

"I wouldn't mind having another kid, you know," Pavit explains of his previous statement. "It would be nice to make her happy with having another girl. Anything's possible."

In a confessional, Jessel tells the cameras why hearing about a singular percentage of open-mindedness made her perk up.

"There's never really any doubt in Pavit's mind about a decision. He's either 100 perfect no or 100 perfect yes. The one percent, that means that the door is slightly ajar and there is hope," she says. "I am going to make sure we get from one perfect to 20 percent, eventually we'll have the whole 100."

"My Louboutin is already wedged in that door," the reality star jokes.

The Real Housewives of New York City airs Tuesdays at 9 p.m. ET/PT on Bravo.
