Ratings: St. Denis Medical Has Very Healthy Debut for NBC

In the latest TV show ratings, CBS’ FBI was Tuesday’s most-watched program, while ABC’s Dancing With the Stars dominated in the demo.

NBC | St. Denis Medical debuted to 3.8 million total viewers and a 0.5 demo rating, and a second episode retained 3.1 mil and a 0.5 — ranking No. 2 in the demo for the night, and up versus the averages for both Night Court Season 2 (3 mil/0.3) and Extended Family Season Only (2.6 mil/0.3). TVLine readers gave the premiere an average grade of “B,” with 84% planning to stay tuned. Leading out of that, The Voice (4 mil/0.4) was up in the demo from its last Tuesday outing, while The Irrational (2.2 mil/0.2) was steady.

ABC | Dancing With the Stars (5.1 mil/0.7) added a few eyeballs with its 500th episode. High Potential (3.4 mil/0.3) was also up in audience, heading into its hiatus.

CBS | FBI (6.3 mil/0.4) and Most Wanted (4.2 mil/0.3) added eyeballs, while International (4.9 mil/0.3) dipped in the demo.

FOX | Back from a two-week break, Murder in a Small Town (1.7 mil/0.2) drew its second-smallest audience yet, while Accused (1.2 mil/0.1) hit and matched series lows.

THE CW | WWE NXT (631K/0.2) was up in both measures compared to its previous outing (opposite the World Series).
