Camilla shared the insight into her illness with guests at a lunch event at Buckingham Palace on Tuesday, noting that she got the infection after she and King Charles' travels to Australia and Samoa and she didn't need to be hospitalized, as reported by Us Weekly. The Palace confirmed that the Queen is recovering well.

While Camilla stayed out of the cold during the Horse Guards Parade on Dec. 3, Prince William and Princess Kate helped the King to welcome the guests from Qatar in style.

Camilla still took part in the state visit and was seen speaking with Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani and Sheikha Jawaher bint Hamad bin Suhaim Al Thani before the lunch in a video shared by Buckingham Palace.

The 77-year-old's sickness was first announced on Nov. 5, with Buckingham Palace sharing that she had a chest infection and would be sitting out of her royal duties that week.

While she soon returned to duties on Nov. 12, Camilla appeared to stick with mostly indoor events to avoid the cold weather in the U.K.

Thankfully, Camilla has other royal family members to help out in times like this, with Princess Kate taking a more active role again after her cancer treatment.
