Princess Eugenie Boldly Re-Wears Sleeveless Dress in Insider Footage From Invite-Only Event
Princess Eugenie is breathing new life into what's one of her most loved dresses in a new video taken from an insider attending a very exclusive art auction overseas.
On Monday, Sept. 2, the 34-year-old was spotted watching rapper and songwriter G-Dragon, also known as the "King of K-pop" amongst fans, while attending what appeared to be a celebrity charity auction held at Paradise City, a luxury hotel resort in Incheon, South Korea.
According to an official post from the five-star resort, it co-hosted a special invitation-only art night with Pharrell Williams and the 36-year-old singer, as well as exhibitions from other artists. In an Instagram video from inside the exclusive event, the British royal can be seen seated at one of the tables and taking pictures of the event, the clip also cuts to scenes of the G-Dragon making a speech as his co-host and the "Happy" artist stood watching with approval.
For the event, the princess appeared to be re-wearing a dress designed by Peter Pilotto and Christopher de Vos, which she's been photographed in several times before (most recently, in 2019 for a special awards ceremony at Buckingham Palace). A summery number, the bright turquoise and coral gradient midi dress features a bold metallic leaf-like design and a high neckline.
This time around, she kept the accessories to a minimum, only wearing a pair of dainty gold hoop earrings and a bracelet. As for her glam, she parted her dark brunette hair down the middle and styled it with a simple, bouncy blowout.
Eugenie appears to be a big fan of the British designers, as the duo's fashion label also created the gown she wore for her October 2018 wedding to Jack Brooksbank, which featured a corseted bodice and a full pleated skirt.
