Tantrum on the tarmac: Princess Charlotte's mini meltdown

Parents everywhere empathised with Prince William and The Duchess of Cambridge when their daughter Princess Charlotte had a little tantrum during the final day of the royal family's trip to Germany.

During a visit to aircraft manufacturer Airbus's plant in Hamburg, Charlotte, two, and her brother Prince George, three, were meant to board a helicopter but Char had other ideas.

The little princess could be seen jiggling her legs before falling to the ground beside her mum and dad.

There were a few tears before mum Kate Middleton comforted her and know doubt reassured her the aircraft was going to be a lot of fun.

Charlotte quickly calmed herself and was helped onto the aircraft by her daddy.
