Prince Harry snapped at royal staff: 'What Meghan wants, she gets'

The run up to a wedding is a stressful time for any bride and groom.

But when you have the eyes of half the world watching and scrutinising your every move, things are taken to the next level.

Before the Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s wedding in May, a stressed Prince Harry is said to have snapped and lost his cool at royal staff, according to a new royal biography.

In royal biographer Robert Jobson’s new book, Charles at 70: Thoughts, Hopes and Dreams, he said the 34-year-old was “petulant and short-tempered” with staff at Kensington Palace in the run up to the big day on May 19.

Tensions reached such heights that Harry reportedly yelled, “What Meghan wants, she gets,” according to an excerpt from the biography published in the Daily Mail.

The biographer also writes in his book how Harry and his brother Prince William have “unpredictable moods”.

“They both a have quite extreme mood swings, just as Diana did,” a former courtier claims in the book. “She could be your best friend one minute and the next your worst enemy.”

The former Suits actress looked stunning in a show-stopping Givenchy gown, while Harry wore his military uniform – the frockcoat uniform of the Blues and Royals.

The couple exchanged vows in front of 600 guests and, of course, millions of people worldwide tuned in to watch the royal nuptials.

After the ceremony the pair celebrated with guests at a lunchtime reception.

Later, the newlyweds were seen by the public one last time as they departed Windsor Castle for their evening reception hosted by Prince Charles at Frogmore House.

All eyes were on Meghan, who wore a bespoke lily white high neck gown made of silk crepe designed by Stella McCartney, while Prince Harry wore a classic black tuxedo.

Meghan Markle is pregnant

Five months after tying the knot and just hours after they arrived in Australia earlier this month, the royal pair announced they were expecting their first child together.

“Their Royal Highnesses The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are very pleased to announce that The Duchess of Sussex is expecting a baby in the Spring of 2019,” the palace said in statement on Twitter.

“Their Royal Highnesses have appreciated all of the support they have received from people around the world since their wedding in May and are delighted to be able to share this happy news with the public.”
