• What the Health Experts Eat for Breakfast

1. Rolled oats with fruit

“This is what I have for breakfast pretty much every single day of the year. Rolled oats cooked in water with honey and fruit. It's the best start to the day. The oats keep me satiated for ages, give me energy, and are great for detoxification, and they keep you regular!”

Well, I can't believe I have been eating such healthy breakfasts! I have spelt (oats?) cooked in water and then served with sliced kiwi, blueberries, any other fresh fruit that's around, and chia. Not hungry until lunchtime !

Thats good, I've recently been introduced to making berry drinks. I purchase frozen mixed berries, add water and honey and wallah Bobbys your uncle. Actually I blend them all together. Great antioxidants. Its like a meal in its self. I might have nuts with it. Oats are okay, If you can eat whole wheat soaked over night combined with oats, man that is even better. The nutritional value in whole wheat cereals nothing compares, where as oats have been processed. Anyways love the bright colours of the berries not to mention their nutrittional value.
