    the 135 year old Indian woman and 125 year old Chinese man ate fish and rice and veges we call weeds mhh doctors and there probing test i bet theses foods are all available this week at woollies on special too

    its okay to say eat these foods but the cost of the real healthy foods is beyond some peoples purse strings

    Always provided they are fresh. Bear in mind that supermarkets keep some of their "fresh" food in the fridge for more than a year before they are put on the shelves.
