    It's more helpful to learn which foods to avoid. There's a presentation called "5 Foods To Never Eat" by Isabel De Los Rios that you can view online which is extremely helpful. Just by making small changes and cutting out certain foods helped me lose 7lbs in the first week. You can view the presentation at:
