Guilt-free chocolate mousse

Serves: 6

Ingredients:

6 medjool dates, pitted
3 avocados, peeled and pitted
1 large banana, frozen
1 tsp vanilla extract
¾ cup raw cacao powder

Method:

1. Put the dates in a heatproof bowl. Cover with boiling water, then set aside for 2-3 minutes or until softened. Drain well.

2. Place the dates, avocado flesh, banana, vanilla, cacao powder and a pinch of salt in a large food processor. Mix until well combined, thick and creamy. Spoon mousse into serving cups/glasses. Serve immediately.
