Hi and Welcome to the Defy Your Age Challenge!

Well, the aim of Prevention’s Defy Your Age Challenge is to help us all achieve our ideals of how we will feel and live and look with every new decade. Science proves that by following the richly varied diet you’ll find in these pages, exercising the DYA way, doing a little yoga every day, and using targeted, proven beauty products, we’ll radiate an energy that makes us look younger than we actually are. We’ll even sidestep a whole lot of wrinkles (without losing our smile lines, of course).
