Coconut Water: Is it Healthy?

Choice expert and accredited practicing dietician Tania Ferraretto says that coconut water is also touted as a drink that assists with weight loss, improving skin tone and digestion, but there’s no scientific evidence to back such claims.

While there's no doubt coconut water is good for hydration (and it tastes good too). Ferraretto suggests you’ll be no worse off if you just drink plain old H2O.

And if you want a steady nutrient intake? There's no substitute for a healthy diet incorporating two daily serves of fruit and five serves of vegetables.
