A Swiss ball, 2 kg dumbbells (optional) and a skipping rope (optional)

Go retro! Bring back skipping! Skip with a light rope for 5 to 10 minutes, 3 to 5 days a week. This improves your footwork, and you incidentally burn a whole lot of kilojoules!
