After announcing her first pregnancy exclusively to WHO in July, Michelle Bridges is showing no signs of slowing down on the fitness front.
The Biggest Loser Australia trainer showed off her burgeoning bump in a striped crop top and black workout tights as she led a group workout at the W.A. event on Sunday.

Bridges was photographed doing a range of high intensity exercises including squats, planks and mountain climbers during the 45-minute Game Change Training session.
The 44-year-old star shared her own snaps after the event, writing on Instagram: "What an amazing weekend we had in Perth at the #perthfitnessexpo to the amazing people who participated in my classes BIG thanks for digging deep! To Amanda my 2IC, thank you for assisting me with all 4 classes. What a truly great inspirational weekend. Love Mish."
Steve "The Commando" Willis was also at the event.
Bridges, who is due to give birth in December, has been sharing her workouts with fans throughout her pregnancy.
