Pregnant Kailyn Lowry Looks Back at Journey with Oldest Isaac and Shares Teen's Reaction to Her Twin News
The soon-to-be mom of seven gets emotional as she looks back at her journey with son Isaac, 13, who she welcomed in 2009 at 17
Kailyn Lowry is proud of her motherhood journey.
Joining in on a recent TikTok trend where people share photos of their earlier selves and ask if they "made it" through all the difficulties they were going through then, Lowry put together an emotional look back at her first baby — son Isaac, 13, who she shares with ex Jo Rivera.
Writing "16 and Pregnant" as she looked back at moments from her life as a new mom featured on the show in 2010, she continued to share more photos of herself and Isaac throughout the years, coming in on the present day.
"OF COURSE WE DID 🩵," she concluded.
In her caption on the post, she wrote, "It wasn’t easy but I wouldn’t change a thing 🫶🏼."

Lowry is expecting her twins with boyfriend Elijah Scott, with whom she also shares son Rio. She is also mom to Creed, 3, and Lux, 6, with ex Chris Lopez, and 9-year-old Lincoln with ex Javi Marroquin.
In another TikTok on Sunday, Lowry shared how her teenage son reacted when she told him she was expecting twins.
"I think you bought something or you did something," he says, intrigued by the surprise.
Lowry finally tells him, "I'm having twins."
Isaac's eyes go wide and he covers his mouth as he gasps. After a beat, he says, "Wow, I actually expected this."
On an episode of her podcast Barely Famous earlier this month, Lowry admitted she's looking forward to being done with "baby-making."
"I'm excited to get my tubes cut out. Because I said this last time and I found out I was pregnant and I couldn't. No more pregnancy, no more pregnancies, no more surprise pregnancies, unplanned pregnancies, pregnancy, surrogacy, none of it. It's all done," she said. "The chapter of motherhood will be closing as far of baby-making, but I'm excited for my kids."
"Now I feel like our family is complete — I won't have anything missing. I won't feel like, 'What if we had another one?' I'm excited to explore this motherhood journey in terms of privacy and putting out what I want to put out. I'm excited for that," she continued.
"I'm a little nervous about having four babies in one month. I don't know what birthday parties are going to look like, but I'm excited to see how this goes. Isaac is going to be driving before I know it, so it's just a bunch of milestones all at one time — lots of new beginnings and also closed chapters, I feel."
