Pregnant Kailyn Lowry Celebrates Sons Rio and Isaac for World Prematurity Day in Photo with All 5 Boys
Kailyn Lowry welcomed her youngest and her oldest in premature births
Kailyn Lowry is recognizing World Prematurity Day.
Sharing a photo on Instagram Friday of all five of her sons, the pregnant podcast host, 31, wrote, "#worldprematurityday for Isaac, Rio & all the premature babies 💜🙏🏼✨."
In the sweet photo of the brothers, they pose on Lowry's porch as Lincoln, 10, holds Rio, who celebrates his first birthday this month. Creed, 3, smiles at his baby brother as Lux, 6, reaches out to touch him and laughs. Oldest Isaac, 13, looks at his baby brother pensively as he stands behind the younger boys.
Lowry shares Rio and her twins on the way with boyfriend Elijah Scott. She shares Creed and Lux, with ex Chris Lopez, Lincoln with ex Javi Marroquin, and Isaac with ex Jo Rivera.

Joining in on a recent TikTok trend earlier this month, where people share photos of their earlier selves and ask if they "made it" through all the difficulties they were going through then, Lowry put together an emotional look back at her first baby, Isaac.
Writing "16 and Pregnant" as she looked back at moments from her life as a new mom featured on the show in 2010, she continued to share more photos of herself and Isaac throughout the years, coming in on the present day.
"OF COURSE WE DID 🩵," she concluded.
In her caption on the post, she wrote, "It wasn’t easy but I wouldn’t change a thing 🫶🏼."
In another TikTok, Lowry shared how her teenage son reacted when she told him she was expecting twins.
Isaac's eyes opened wide and he covered his mouth as he gasped. After a beat, he said, "Wow, I actually expected this."
On an episode of her podcast Barely Famous earlier this month, Lowry celebrated feeling like her "family is complete."
"I won't have anything missing. I won't feel like, 'What if we had another one?' I'm excited to explore this motherhood journey in terms of privacy and putting out what I want to put out. I'm excited for that," she shared.
"I'm a little nervous about having four babies in one month. I don't know what birthday parties are going to look like, but I'm excited to see how this goes. Isaac is going to be driving before I know it, so it's just a bunch of milestones all at one time — lots of new beginnings and also closed chapters, I feel."
