Ireland Baldwin has revealed the name she has her heart set on calling her unborn child.

The Guess model, 27, is currently pregnant with her first child with musician partner RAC – real name André Allen Anjos.

Having previously confirmed that she is expecting a baby girl, she has now opened up on her plans for her daughter’s arrival.

Appearing as a guest on the Girlboss Radio podcast, Baldwin – who is the daughter of actor Alec Baldwin and ex-wife actress Kim Basinger – said that she has settled on the name Holland.

Explaining how she had landed on such a unique moniker, she said: “I’m Ireland, so another country name because we wanted to keep that consistent. And then I love the actress Holland Taylor.”

Recalling she’s “always loved that name since I was young”, Baldwin called it “classy” and “beautiful”.

She also gave an insight into what kind of parent she thought she would be, saying: “What I’m most excited about is really more centred around a lot of things I really wanted in terms of stability as a child myself that I didn’t have.

“What’s kind of exciting is I get to raise this little human and do things completely differently than what I was taught was the norm.” She continued, “It’s cool that I get to unconditionally love this person and do my best to make her as equipped for this world.”

Baldwin first announced her pregnancy in a January 2023 Instagram post, sharing a photo of a scan, which she captioned: “Happy New Year.”
