Choc-yoghurt and fruit blocks

What a healthy and delicious summer time treat for the kids!

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups reduced-fat plain or vanilla yoghurt
1 tablespoon grated dark chocolate
1 tablespoon honey
1/3 cup finely diced mango
1/2 cup frozen mixed berries

Method

Combine yoghurt, grated dark chocolate, honey and mango. Add mixed berries and stir quickly to combine.

Spoon the mixture into 6 x 1/3-cup capacity ice-block moulds.

Freeze until firm, dip moulds briefly in water to release ice-blocks. Serve immediately.
