Porsha Williams is speaking out against her estranged husband Simon Guobadia after he responded to her divorce filing with new claims.

In a motion filed by Guobadia on Monday and obtained by PEOPLE, he alleged that The Real Housewives of Atlanta star, 42, "abandoned" their shared home but later returned with a "man visibly bearing a gun for reasons unknown to [him].”

The incident allegedly took place on March 21 and police were called to the scene in order to "maintain the peace," per the motion.

Guobadia claimed Williams, 42, instructed "third parties"" to harass him "in an effort to force" him and others out of the Georgia home. He also alleged that Williams invited the "armed gunman" into their home on two separate occasions.

Elsewhere in the complaint, Guobadia claimed that Williams, her mother and her mother's partner made a "forcible entry" into the home on March 24 to disconnect security cameras and "tampered with items and evidence.” (PEOPLE reached out to the Gwinnett County Police Department for confirmation but did not receive a response.)

Guobadia further claimed that Williams' behavior has been "erratic, unstable, threatening, and harassing" to the home's staff and their child upon filing for divorce, leading Guobadia to ask the court for a restraining order against his estranged wife.

Later on Monday, Williams filed a response to Guobadia's motion. In the docs, which were obtained by PEOPLE, she denied the claims made by her estranged husband, calling them "false statements and allegations" that are "intentionally misrepresenting the reality of the situation."

Williams claimed that she returned to their shared residence on March 21 to "retrieve her daughter’s swim items" and again on March 24 "to secure her personal belongings."

"The parties have always had personal security, as such it is unclear why [Guobadia] is attempting to push a false narrative that even minimally suggests that [Williams] returned to the marital residence with any nefarious intentions," the response filing states, noting that both of their security teams "cooperated and worked together while both on the premises."

During another instance on March 7, Williams claimed she went to the home and brought "personal security for her own safety in light of [Guobadia's] erratic behavior, including hosting multiple strangers who were unknown to [her]." She also claimed he disabled her access to the home on multiple occasions and has since fled the country to Dubai.

In her response, Williams pointed out that Guobadia was allegedly refusing to adhere to the terms of their prenuptial agreement and asked that the court deny Guobadia's motion and grant her exclusive possession of their home, given Guobadia's "erratic conduct."

She also requested that Guobadia be ordered to pay her attorney fees since she "has incurred and will continue to incur significant attorneys’ fees and expenses of litigation to defend against [his] Motion."
