Pink has been forced to defend her baby son’s body from trolls on Instagram.

The pop star’s trouble began after she uploaded a happy holiday snap of herself, 18-month-old son Jameson and his seven-year-old sister Willow interacting with a pelican.

Pink, 39, is seen clad in a white sundress while Willow sits by the pool’s edge and Jameson, who isn’t wearing pants, comes closer to the bird.

Shockingly, the happy holiday photo saw some followers speculate whether or not the toddler had been circumcised – commentary which forced Pink to take action.

After deleting the original version of the photo, the mother-of-two, who’s married to the children’s father Carey Hart, reposted it with a black scribble censoring Jameson’s genitals.

“There’s something seriously wrong with a lot of you out there. Going off about my baby’s penis? About circumcision?” she asked.

“As any normal mother at the beach, I didn’t even notice he took off his swim diaper.
I deleted it because you’re all f***ing disgusting.

“There is something seriously wrong with a lot of you out there. Here’s a picture of the pelican we obviously caught and abused for hours before dangling baby penis in its face.”

The disgust Pink refers to included a critical stream of comments from anonymous users who used the photo as an opportunity to body-shame a toddler.

One went as far to call the upload an opportunity for the singer to show off a ‘mutilated penis on social media for the world to see’.

But as in most social media-based uproars the supportive comments heavily outweighed the criticism and hundreds of Pink’s fans were quick to jump to her defence.

“All I noticed was a cute photo of a mama and her babies enjoying a moment in life, those who saw anything more than that need their heads checked,” wrote one woman before adding Pink should ‘keep doing you!’

And the singer herself was quick to bounce back from the heat and uploaded yet another adorable family snap – this time captioned with a simple heart emoji.
