Pillsbury’s Latest Release Has Fans Asking the Same Question

The holidays are just around the corner, and whether you’re planning on baking some goodies for a Friendsgiving or for Santa Claus, Pillsbury is getting into the festive mood with its latest offering.

The only question fans have about it is when they can get their hands on the new sweet treat.

In a video roundup, popular food blogger Snackolator revealed some new products coming soon to stores, stating that “Pillsbury has new candy cane sugar cookie dough in the take and break,” and noting that they “are usually available in those big dough rolls.”

He continued, musing that “now you can get it in little pieces so you can just break them off and eat it before they even hit the oven.”

Fans were on board with the announcement, asking when the cookie dough would be available and sharing that they would “be looking for these” in stores, wondering where they could find them.

More shared their enthusiasm for the product, with one fan writing “those Pillsbury cookies sound really good,” and another agreeing that “The peppermint cookie dough looks yummy.”

Some fans detailed how they plan to enjoy the product, with one writing, “Oooh that candy cane sugar cookie. I’m eating that right out if [sic] the pack.” Another fan said “Those candy cane cookies would be 🔥 in a slutty brownie!”

One commenter liked the idea but had a suggestion for Pillsbury. “Peppermint cookies with mini dark chocolate chips would’ve been better,” they wrote.

In addition to the candy cane sugar cookie dough, Pillsbury also introduced a new limited-edition cookie mix to its holiday lineup for making soft baked chocolate crinkle cookies.
