Pepsi's New Holiday Flavor Leaves Fans Scrambling to Snag the Extremely Limited Offering

Pepsi is getting ready to release its unique take on a holiday flavor, but it won't be around for long—and it won't be easy to acquire.

The soda mogul recently announced Pepsi Zero Sugar Gingerbread, Allrecipes reported. It's set to drop on Dec. 4 but won't be stocked at local grocery stores.

Instead, fans can get their hands on the new gingerbread soda—reportedly only being released as a zero-sugar option, like competitor Coke's recent Oreo-favored zero-sugar soda—by purchasing two 10-packs of Pepsi Mini Cans via Pepsi's TikTok shop and receiving a free Pepsi Zero Sugar Gingerbread Mini Can (while supplies last), or entering to win a can on Pepsi's website, beginning on release day.

Many soda lovers in the comments of food blogger Snackolator's recent Instagram post were desperate to get their hands on a can of Pepsi Zero Sugar Gingerbread.

However, some customers expressed their disappointment over how limited it is by commenting, "Boooooo! Should be released wide."

"A singular mini can wow," another sarcastic reply read.

By and large, fans hoped that the new flavor would be reminiscent of an old favorite: Holiday Spice Pepsi.

"PLEASE BE LIKE THE OLD PEPSI SPICE!!!!!! I miss that!!!!!!" one wrote excitedly, while another admitted, "If this tastes anything like Holiday Spice Pepsi, I'm going to lose my...mind lol 🤤🤤🤤."

"Honestly hate then [sic] zero sugar stuff," another admitted, adding, "Please just give me real sugar and bring back Holiday Spice."

Others agreed, with someone else wondering, "Why can't we get it with sugar 😕," and another declaring, "Nah, zero sugar kills their sodas. That weird after taste is disgusting."
