Pamela Anderson is opening up about being a mother to her two sons.
Brandon Thomas Lee, 27, and Dylan Jagger Lee, 26, who Anderson, 57, shares with Tommy Lee, “are old enough now to understand the big picture,” she said in this week’s Better Homes & Gardens cover story.
“Of course, over the years,” the model-actress continued, “they learned about things in my past, both age-appropriate and not age-appropriate.”

Anderson broke out in Hollywood after appearing frequently in Playboy magazine. During her three-year marriage to Lee, now 61, she endured controversy following the theft and distribution of a sex tape, one of many subjects the Baywatch alum spoke candidly about in her memoir Love, Pamela and Netflix documentary Pamela, a love story, both released in 2023.
“Unfortunately, they thought I was taken advantage of in some ways,” Anderson told Better Homes & Gardens of her sons, adding how the “young, bold, hardworking men” offer their mother unwavering support and encouragement.
“They look at me and say, ‘Mom, this is your time,’ ” she noted. “They told me, ‘Whatever you’ve created by being you, just keep being you. We’re going to try and find ways for you to keep doing what you love but also sharing it with people in a way where it benefits you too. You can create a life.’ ”

Anderson’s grown kids are also the reason she penned the upcoming cookbook I Love You (out in October). What began as “as a housewarming gift for my sons,” a recipe card box like her own mother’s, became a book-length project when one of them recognized its potential, according to the publication. “My son Brandon, being the businessman, said, ‘This is a book, Mom.’ And so we did it, and titled the book I Love You since that was engraved on the recipe box.”
