Olivia Wilde Shines in Floral Embellished Chanel Gown at the Through Her Lens Program Cocktail Party

Olivia Wilde made a shimmering statement at Chanel’s Through Her Lens: The Tribeca Chanel Women’s Filmmaker Program Cocktail on Thursday, held at the Greenwich Hotel. Wilde, a juror for this year’s program, joined a star-studded guest list including Da’Vine Joy Randolph, Joanna Calo, Lucy Liu and Beanie Feldstein to celebrate the program’s 10th anniversary.

For the occasion, Wilde was styled by longtime collaborator Karla Welch in a Chanel dress from the label’s Cruise 2024-2025 collection. The ensemble featured a shimmering fabric in a light blue and silver mosaic pattern, with thin spaghetti straps and a deep plunging neckline. The dress featured an A-line skirt and intricate floral embellishments throughout. She paired the floral frock with two-tone Chanel heels.

This event marks a significant milestone for the Through Her Lens program, a decade-long collaboration between Chanel and the Tribeca Film Festival. The program supports emerging U.S.-based female and non-binary filmmakers with development, funding and mentorship opportunities.

Wilde’s commitment to the initiative was clear as she also attended the annual Chanel luncheon the day before. For the event, she opted for an ensemble from the luxury maison’s fall 2024 collection, featuring wide-leg orange checkered trousers, a double-breasted tweed jacket and a printed scarf top.
