If you've been on Netflix recently, you've probably noticed there's a new #1 show in the US. Nobody Wants This is a brand-new romantic comedy series by Erin Foster that has everyone talking.
Starring Adam Brody and Kristen Bell, Nobody Wants This follows Joanne (Bell) and Noah (Brody), an agnostic podcast host and an unconventional rabbi who seem like an unlikely pair on paper. However, after they meet at a party and walk out together, they can't help but realize there is something between them.
With their differing outlooks on life, coupled with modern dating obstacles and some well-meaning but sabotaging family members, Joanne and Noah might be the answer the other person was searching for.
The series was inspired by Erin's real-life relationship with her husband and also stars Justine Lupe, Timothy Simons, Jackie Tohn, Sherry Cola, and more.
And, let's just say, this show has me giggling and kicking my feet because it was just so adorable, Adam and Kristen's chemistry is to die for, and it's funny and relatable.
There is a whole episode dedicated to "the ick," and I could not stop laughing.
Like, the moment when Joanne and Noah first kiss might be one of the most romantic TV scenes of the year.
