It’s not Fashion Week every week, so when it is, expect the A-list front row to play the style game in a big way.

This season’s New York Fashion Week is well underway, and we’ve already spotted some bold looks by the side of the catwalk, and style boundaries being pushed further and further.

Musicians Maluca and Vina Mills are two famous names that have commanded attention at NYFW so far, daring to bare in statement outfits that risk a wardrobe malfunction or two.

Sitting front row at Fashion Palette’s Australian Womenswear collection show, R&B artist Vina turned heads thanks to her yellow coloured outfit.

While her face was and head were predominantly covered, her plunging lemon blazer bared her chest, though the star didn’t let the double nip slip steal from her joy of watching the fashion show.

Meanwhile Maluca also made her mark when she attended the Barragan show on Monday.

The NYC singer arrived at Spring Studios in a green blouse, that not only featured cut-outs along the shoulders, but also across her chest, flirting with the prospect of a wardrobe malfunction.

Her top bizarrely wrapped around her face as well, was teamed with a pair of black leather trousers.

Style so far at New York Fashion Week has been bold and boundary-pushing to say the very least, with bikinis, naked jumpsuits and statement frocks reigning the front row.
