North Carolina Bar Sends a Direct Message to Taylor Swift Ahead of Chiefs-Panthers Game
A North Carolina bar sent a direct message to Taylor Swift ahead of the Chiefs-Panthers game—and the establishment didn't mince words when it came to her boyfriend Travis Kelce's NFL team.
On Sunday, Nov. 24, the Kansas City Chiefs face off against the Carolina Panthers. But Dilworth Neighborhood Grille in Charlotte, N.C., made sure Swift didn't forget about the Chiefs' first loss of the season against the Buffalo Bills on Nov. 17.

The bar did so by using Swift's "Shake It Off" lyrics against her in its sign.
“Taylor Swift, don’t shake this game off,” the restaurant’s message read, according to WBTV. “KC might lose.”
In the comments of WBTV's photo of the sign, one Instagram user pointed out, "I don’t think she is too worried about the Chiefs losing to the Panthers 😂."
Another wrote, "Why don’t you just beg her to come!!! So sad!!" as someone else commented, "Side show will be more entertaining."
Based on Swift's schedule, begging might not be required for her to attend the Chiefs-Panthers game on Sunday. The pop superstar will wrap up her Toronto Eras Tour stop on Saturday, Nov. 23—so she could technically make it to the Bank of America Stadium in Charlotte for the Chiefs away game, which kicks off at 1 p.m. ET.
If Swift does show up to support Kelce on Nov. 24, it would be the first time she attends an away game this season. If not, she'll have plenty more opportunities to cheer for her NFL beau, as her wildly popular Eras Tour wraps up on Dec. 8 in Vancouver.
