In what can be described as the most brutal vow renewal ceremony of the season yet, Married At First Sight’s Ning and Mark called it quits last night.

Following the shock walk-out from the mother-of-three who called her TV husband’s words ‘bulls***’, Ning admits she ‘analysed everything’ the couple had been through till that point.

And while the televised breakup appeared bitter by the end of it, fans can be assured the reality stars have since ‘resolved a few things’ and are in touch on almost a daily basis.

After I arrived home, I messaged Mark because I was so confused by what had happened,” she told 9Honey.

The clarification helped, and the pair have since been able to progress towards a ‘good’ relationship, though rather friendly as opposed to romantic.

“In the first few days there was a fair bit of texting about the way it went, and we spoke in length about it a week later when the dust had settled and resolved a few things,” Mark told the publication.

“We have spoken a number of times since, but text most days now about the episodes that air and news articles about each other. Our relationship is very good.”

Last night both Ning and Mark surprised us all, when one decided to commit and the other chose to break it off.

“Ning, I came on here to find love but I haven’t found it with you,” said Mark.

“Even though my feelings for you are strong, I don’t see these feelings being strong enough to survive after the experiment ends and they aren’t strong enough strong enough to move your entire life and three children to another city for me.

“In you, I’ve found an awesome person that I respect, admire, adore, this has been one of the most,” he continued, before Ning interrupted.

“Just stop,” she said. “This is bulls***.”

“I didn’t find love with you Mark but I wanted to give it a go,” she continued, not even fighting back her tears by this stage.

Overcome with emotion and some level of shock, Ning dropped her vow cards and walked off.
