Nicole Scherzinger, 43, stuns in bizarre bikini workout: 'Wow'

Nicole Scherzinger has left fans gobsmacked after uploading a video of her latest workout, which shows her hitting the gym in a bikini.

The 43-year-old looks stunning in the short clip, where she lifts weights and works out on the exercise bike and bench.

“I don’t dance...I WERK,” she captioned the video, which shows her working out to Nails, Hair, Hips Hells by Todrick Hall.

Nicole’s fans’ jaws hit the floor when they saw the video, with Laverne Cox commenting:” Okay we're working out in bikinis now. The bar is raised yet again. Going back to sleep I'll deal with this tomorrow. Thanks Nicole. You look insane.”

Aussie comedian Joel Creasy commented: “I’m going to start working out like this”.

Others simply commented saying: “Wow” and “the prettiest woman in the world. Period.”

Nicole spent last month in Greece with her boyfriend Thom Evans. The pair posted a number of loved-up pictures to Instagram, with one person commenting on her snaps saying: “Do you ever age?”

Nicole has previously said that she likes to take spinning classes and practice yoga, but as she shared on Instagram, she leans on exercise most heavily to maintain her mental health.

Captioning a gym selfie on Instagram, the star wrote: "Not been feeling the greatest lately, so got outta my head and sweat it out.

"Found the light, felt cute and couldn’t resist. No one is gonna do it for you.

In 2019, she also took to the social media app to write: "I travel so much it’s so important for me to sweat it out.

“It’s not only for physical being, but mostly for my mental well-being. It keeps me centred, focused, strong and helps me get in the right frame of mind for my work ahead. Preparation is key. Prepare yourself so when the opportunity comes, you are ready!"
