Nicole Kidman has opened up about family life with husband Keith Urban, admitting she would have loved to have had more children with him – 10, to be precise.
The Aussie actress – who has two daughters with Keith, Sunday Rose, 10, and eight-year-old Faith Margaret – believes if she had met her country singer husband when she was younger, they may have had a much bigger brood on their hands.
“We go, ‘Oh gosh, I wonder if we met when we were 25, then we could have had 10 of them!'” she told People magazine in a recent interview.
However, the 50-year-old revealed Keith reminds her to be grateful for what she has.
“But Keith says, ‘Stop the wanting mind.’ It’s far better to be completely in love and satiated with what you’ve been given, what we’ve been given,” she told the publication.
Despite not having the bigger brood she wanted, their home is “always full of kids” with friends of their daughters from school which Nicole is “grateful” for.
Nicole and Keith have been married for nearly 13 years – they tied the knot in Sydney in 2006.
The Big Little Lies star was previously married to Tom Cruise whom she has two adopted children with, Bella, 26, and Connor, 23. The couple divorced in 2001 after 11 years of marriage.
