Nicole Kidman, 56, Flashes Her Sculpted Abs In A Cutout Dress At The CMAs
Nicole Kidman walked the Country Music Awards red carpet in a slinky black cutout dress and flaunted her ultra-sculpted abs in a new photo.
The actress, 56, loves staying active in the outdoors, running, hiking, and riding horses.
She also loves swimming in the ocean to connect with the planet, even if the water is freezing.
In case you missed it, the Country Music Awards were last night, and the world of country music showed up big. It truly wouldn't be an awards show without celebs dressing to the nines. In the mix: Nicole Kidman who hit the red carpet in a jaw-dropping dress that shows just how strong she is at 56.
The A-list actress was there to support her husband, country singer Keith Urban. The Faraway Downs star rolled up in a slinky black dress with cutouts at the midsection that put her seriously sculpted abs on full display in a new photo. (I'm speechless at her core strength!)
If you're wondering how Nicole stays so strong, you're not alone. The Big Little Lies actress hasn’t shared a ton of details about her exercise routine recently, but she’s dropped little snippets here and there over the years. (And it's clear that whatever she's doing is working!)
For instance, Nicole has been open about her love of running. Check out this gorgeous shot of her cruising up a hill like it’s nothing:
And, BTW, she's been logging miles for years. Nicole was inspired to run by her family, who liked to run marathons, she previously told Women’s Health in 2013.
“I would get dragged out of bed by my dad" to run laps as a kid, Nicole said. As an adult, she enjoys running in the woods and on the beach.
Exercising also helps Nicole de-stress, she previously shared with Byrdie. “I’ll go for a run or a hike or I’ll get out and swim with the kids in the morning and then go to work,” she told the publication.
But Nicole's love of fitness isn't landlocked. She enjoys swimming in the ocean, even when it’s freezing. “That, for me, is how I just stay connected to this planet, you know?” she said. "I love the ocean. I go in all the time."
Oh, and she is also into horsebackriding, a sport that’ll give your thighs, core, and booty an incredible workout:
Another part of Nicole's fitness routine? Hiking. Check her out covering ground in Tasmania (and meeting some adorable animals along the way):
Basically, where there's an outdoorsy physical activity—or an opp to show off your strength on the red carpet—there's Nicole.
