Sunday brings two incredible conference championship matchups in Tennessee at Kansas City and Green Bay at San Francisco, but before Terez Paylor and Charles Robinson break down those games, there was a flourish of interesting offensive coordinator moves to address from the first half of this week.

Before they get to the OC carousel, Charles and Terez address the late-night surprise retirement of Carolina Panthers LB Luke Kuechly. Continuing the trend of great players in their 20s to hang up their cleats early, Charles and Terez address his legacy and chew over whether he and other recent retirees should make it to the Hall of Fame. (0:20)

The Carolina Panthers made a big splash on Tuesday afternoon before Kuechly's retirement, announcing that LSU passing-attack coordinator Joe Brady would be assuming the role of offensive coordinator in Matt Rhule's new staff. What does this mean for the Panthers and Cam Newton? (14:30)

In Denver, the Broncos surprisingly fired OC Rich Scangarello after only one season in the middle of last Sunday's Chiefs game and replace him with former Giants coach Pat Shurmur. The guys talk about how this signals a new arms race in the AFC West. (23:10)

The Jacksonville Jaguars fired OC John Defilippo this weekend, as well. Does this mean the Jags are making a commitment to Gardner Minshew? (29:30)

Wrapping up the OC moves, the Chicago Bears hired former Bengals coordinator Bill Lazor. Does this signal that the Bears could be interested in the very available Andy Dalton or just a change of offensive philosophy for Mitchell Trubisky? (33:40)

And now to the big games, Charles & Terez break down what the Tennessee Titans need to do to defeat the Kansas City Chiefs (38:35) and what they're looking forward to when the Green Bay Packers face off against the San Francisco 49ers (52:10).
