Newly married reality stars rocked by cheating drama

Just when we thought there couldn’t be any more drama, Bride and Prejudice couple Jess and Seyat have been rocked by another scandal.

Trust appears to be an issue for the young couple, with 20-year-old Seyat admitting to cheating on Jess during the earlier stages of their romance.

“At the start of our relationship she wanted to date me but I didn’t want a girlfriend, plus I still had feelings for my ex,” he told Who magazine.

He also admitted he’d be “flirty” with other women while the pair were together.

“Cheating for me isn’t always just sleeping with another person. If you’re telling me one thing and then going off flirting with other girls, then that’s cheating,” 21-year-old Jessica added.

The couple’s relationship has had its ups and downs during the filming of Bride and Prejudice, particularly due to Seyat’s mother Fatima disapproving of her son’s partner.

Earlier this season Fatima left viewers wanting to throw things at their TV, after she made it very clear she’s willing to do anything to ‘destroy’ their wedding.

“Jess is very dirty,” Fatima said in a piece-to-camera. “Disgusting. She smells like cats.”

“I believe Jess is a sl*tty party girl,” she continued, “I don’t want my son to date a wh**e like that.”

In a subsequent interview on the Morning Show, Jess said, “A lot of the stuff wasn’t that new to me”.

“I was pretty shocked with some of the comments about the way I dress and that I smell like cats. It was pretty emotional to watch her say those things about me,” she then added.

“It’s not uncommon for people my age to like to party – there are people much older than me that like to party- but that shouldn’t define me as a person.”
