One Direction hysteria hits Australia

With a following to rival Justin Beiber and the Spice Girls, One Direction is already causing anxiety over crowd-control in the lead up to their Australian debut performances this week.

Due to appear on Sunrise this Wednesday morning, the band's extra security measures are underway to prepare the live TV crew for the massive amount of young fans expected at Martin Place - predicted to rival the size of the crowd drawn by Justin Beiber when he appeared on the show in 2010.
