Prince William & Kate Middleton's French holiday!

Prince William and the Duchess of Cambridge Kate Middleton have enjoyed a romantic holiday to France ahead of their Asia Pacific Tour.

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, both 30, headed to France's Provence region for a relaxing getaway.

According to Us Weekly, the pair were seen enjoying their romantic trip as they read and sunbathed side-by-side.

On September 11, the royal couple will visit Singapore, the first stop on their eight-day Asia Pacific Diamond Jubilee tour celebrating the Queen's 60 years on the throne.

Their private secretary Jamie Lowther-Pinkerton told Us Weekly:

"The Duke and Duchess are very much looking forward to the tour."

Middleton is set to make her first overseas speech in Kuala Lumpur on September 13 before she and Prince William have dinner with the King of Malaysia, Tuanku Abdul Halim.

Lowther-Pinkerton said the pair will 'will wear traditional garb at some of the dinners', adding that 'their dress will reflect local customs'.

The royal couple will also visit the Solomon Islands and Tuvalu on their tour, which ends September 19.
