Yahoo Lifestyle Johanna Griggs: 'The truth about my family'

Like most mums, House Rules and Better Homes And Gardens host Johanna Griggs was not a fan of her sons’ long hair.
So New Idea stepped in and offered to give Jesse, 19, and Joe, 18, a transformation.
"I find clumps of hair around the house and they are always asking for hairbands. I never thought that would be a scenario I would be having with boys!" Joh laughs.
So, for the boys’ first-ever magazine shoot and interview, the three of them decided it was time to do a little makeover. And now, with their hair off their faces, so you can see their chiselled cheekbones and striking blue eyes, 41-year-old Joh is so proud to introduce her adult sons!
"The funny thing is that people keep coming up to me all the time saying: 'How are your little boys going?' They have it in their head that these boys are four and three still.

"But they are men now. They are working. Jesse is taller than me. Joe is almost taller than me. It’s nice for people to see how they’ve grown into adults and how they are now in charge of their own lives," she says.
What’s particularly fascinating is how Johanna’s boys both take after her – but in different ways.
