    some things as usuall are wrong with the diet first is the low fat B.S... its actually worse, has more sugar which makes you fat, i dont get why dieticians are so uninformed about this, and promote it, check sugar in standard natural or greek compared to low fat its double the sugar which is making you fat :/ protein in each meal is good, some nuts and fruit snack is good, corn is not a vegetable of choice, there is so many others much better, and the baked beans is meh, has sugar and more fibre in a kiwi fruit.
